Happiness is something that you can not buy or can not find, it is something that you only need to create and serve, no one is going to push it to you and this is the priceless property of your life.

If it too much important then why do we missing it in our daily life? why are we paying so hard to destroy our happiness?

You always believe that things or people make you unhappy, but this is not true. You make yourself unhappy and unhealthy.

Have you ever thought about your source of happiness and do you really able to hold your happiness, if no then, please find it because it is in your own way of thinking. It is usually pretty easy to become a happier person. It is also quite easy to rob yourself of your own happiness.

Positive Environment and Mindset

Positive Environment and Mindset
To become a happier person it is very important that you should have a positive mindset and a positive environment. Every day we hangout with multiple people and some of them are our regular friends so it is important to make a list of people who you think are lifting you up and feel you better. Consider spending less time with the ones that drag you down (or cut them out completely).
If you have trouble getting started with this one, then go smaller.
Take a few minutes to think about what one person or source that has the biggest negative impact on you. And how you can start to spend less time with it/him/her.

Believe in your Daily small actions

Believe in your Daily small actions
We all have a goal to achieve and everyone is working so hard to achieve this.but have you ever draw a plan to achieve it in small frames. we always just wait for the right time to start and maybe we spent a year to just wait for the right time. But there are many that you can get going with. Dreams that only fear is holding you back from, So make things easy on yourself. You don’t have to do it in a big and extremely courageous jump. The important thing is that you get started and get going instead of spending so much time on just waiting and feeling more and more frustrated and unhappy about the state of your dreams.

Allow yourself to rest your mind in a day

Allow yourself to rest your mind in a day
This is very important to keep yourself motivated. People work overtime, agree to take on extra work and rarely take a step away from their desk. In reality, this “work hard” mentality isn’t effective — and it’s definitely unhealthy. While taking breaks might sound counterintuitive when it comes to boosting productivity, it’s one of the best ways to do so. you gain focus and energy after stepping away from your busy schedule. A quick break can help prevent an unproductive result.

Try New things

Try New things
Remind yourself of the past times when you tried something new and you will get a goosebump that you did a fantastic job and you will be very happy about your achievements. Life begins once you get out from your comfort zone and try new things to set an example in your life. Again take small steps to start with. New achievement always gives you the happiness and comfort level to try always new things. After some period of time, you will lead yourself as a guide and that is the biggest success of your life when you develop yourself as a guide of happiness.

Stop Overthinking

Stop Overthinking

There is a thin line between thinking and overthinking. Thinking makes you the type of person who is always prepared. No matter what life throws at you, you find a way to handle it but when you think too much about the situation or about your future you just develop a fear inside you and that fear never allow you to grow. Overthinking always generates a mental illness and it also impacts your progressive and positive mindset. When you take yourself too seriously then, it becomes difficult to fully enjoy the moment and what is happening, to let go of the past and to laugh about yourself and life when you need it the most.

Don’t fall for the “if-then” or “when-then” traps … “I’ll be happy if I get that job,” “I’ll be happy when I get that house,” “I’ll be happy if I get that relationship,”, etc.

It’s easy to put your happiness “out there” instead of “right here.”
